WORLD HERITAGE IN THE MEDIA

Ahmedabad is in the process of applying to become India’s first and only World Heritage City recognized by UNESCO. In light of this, there have been significant efforts by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), INTACH, universities, NGOs, private developers and activists to help promote the city’s rich heritage.
